Kenzi Farah — Marrakech

The Hotel is in good location, it has very nice view, my room was looking on the hotel green area & the swimming pool. The services was very good & the staff were friendly & very cooperative, the breakfast was nice. Only the air condition sound in my room was slightly high & I believe that the fan need repair.

Great Hotel , well managed. Breakfast was not the greatest but very adequate. Room service was wonderful but no hamburger on the menu. There were not enough sun-beds by the pool so if you were not there early you ended up in the grass. Pity ! Good value for money allround ! AJW Geneva

For the price the hotel was very nice. One night we had bad weather and we stayed in to eat in one of the resturants and the service was good and they had live music with belly dancers. I was a bit surprised at the end when i had to pay the bill that they had added something called tourisum tax to the bill?? I had never heard of this it wasnt much about £30 but i wasnt expecting it.

I was very impressed with the Kenzi Farah hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. I found the hotel to be very good value as well. Breakfast was of a good quality, and the evening meal, when I chose to eat in, was also brilliant and good value. I stayed in mid-December, so it wasn't too busy and maybe this influenced my perception of the hotel. The weather was still reasonable (high teens C). I'm not sure what this place would be like in the high season if it was full of guests. My only criticism would be that the hotel was a good 20-30 minute walk from the main square, though taxis are cheap if you don't fancy walking. I have already recommended the Kenzi Farah to my colleagues, several of whom plan to visit in the near future.

Facilities at this hotel are good but not up to 5 star quality. Food was disappointing - we had our best meal in the snackbar but this closed at 1700hr. Room service didn't operate between 1100 and 2300 so it wasn't much use to us. Situated in a quiet area it's about 20 minutes walk to most places of interest - we paid 40/50 dh for taxis. The going rate for airport taxis seems to be 150dh. Belly dancer on Sunday evening.

We had just had a 4 week trip around Spain staying in some very good but much lower priced hotels. We thought we would treat ourselves to some 5 Star luxury at the end of the trip ... wrong! This is not a 5 Star hotel by a long shot - although it may tick all the requirements for that rating - pool, internet etc. Our room could only be described as extremely shabby.... curtain hanging of the rail, patched up leaky roof, loose toilet bowl, bare minimum of toiletries etc etc. and a room maid that wanted to bust in at 8.00 am in the morning!!! If you would like 5 Star luxury in Marrakech do not go to this hotel.... although I have to say that the grounds and pool area were very nice.

The staff was extremely rude and there was constant loud noises throughout the night. The staff seem to treat you like you're a thief and want to cheat the hotel - 1. At breakfast I was getting late for a tour pickup so picked up my croissant to eat on the way. A staff member told me that I can't take food out of the breakfast area and snatched it away. I would have written the incident off as cultural differences but my friends had quite a different experience at Hivernage Hotel. They asked for breakfast to be packed for 3 ppl (including me who wasn't staying at the hotel) and offered to pay. The staff refused the money and said it was their pleasure. They packed us a couple of pastries each for free. 2. I had an early flight out so I checked out the night before. As I was rushing out in the morning for my flight, the cashier had me brought back from my taxi to ask me why there was another girl with me (it was my friend from Hivernage who had come to pick me up and help with my suitcase). He was implying that I had paid for one guest but had two ppl staying in the room. Luckily for me one of the other guests had seen her come in earlier and explained that she hadn't spent the night in the hotel. That was just mean. I paid for a huge room with two massive beds and this is the treatment I was doled out. The staff was what made my trip unpleasant. There was constant noise of heavy furniture being moved throughout the night that didn't help either.

ensemble un peu veillot car aurait besoin d'un ravelement de façade ainsi qu'une remise au gout du jour de la décoration intérieure mais trés agréable et avec un beau jardin arboré

Hotel bien situé, dans un quartier calme et loin de l'agitation de la place. Les plus: propreté irréprochable, taille de la chambre, petit déjeuner copieux, calme. Je recommande vivement les restaurants de l'hôtel, bien moins chers que ceux du centre ville, mais offrants une bien meilleure qualité et un cadre idyllique! Les moins : assez accablant que l'immeuble dans lequel nous étions (face à la piscine) ne propose que des lits "twin", bien que nous l'ayons précisé lors de la réservation, et malgré notre insistance à avoir un grand lit, le fait que nous étions en voyage de noces et même après avoir appelé l'hôtel depuis la France pour obtenir une attention particulière...Peut-etre un problème culturel..?? très très très domage en tout cas....

Un petit commentaire: il faisait un peu froid lors de notre séjour. Le chauffage de la chambre n'était pas très efficace. Sinon prestations très correctes pour le prix payé. Petit déjeuner très bien. Belle piscine et très beau jardin. Emplacement géofraphiqe excellent par rapport à la vieille ville et la nouvelle.

Hotel correspondant à un eventuel 3*sup. Tres insatisfaite de la nourriture, bas de gamme !! Personnel non souriant & limite accueillant. Neanmoins belle vegetation & piscine ! De plus vol dans la chambre !!! inacceptable, d'autant que le mode d'emploi du coffre fort est un casse tête ! donc vol d'une bague en or !!

un petit déjeuner trop bondé. avec de temps en temps du pain datant de la veille.

Très bon hôtel mais c'est très grand. Un seul problème à noter : autour de la piscine qui est très belle, les places sont chères, il faut se lever de bonne heure pour avoir un transat et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ombre, prévoyez un crème solaire à fort indice.

hotel sympathique, malgré une petite piscine, des prix très élevés pour les suppléments et un spa qui n'est pas à la hauteur. Enfin, peu de choses à voir à marrakech!

chambre bruyante (n° 214) toutes les dix minutes bruit de declenchement de l'evacuation d'air des cuisines. Vers 2 heures du matin mise en place à l'exterieur du petit dejeuner( le bruit s'entend surtout la nuit). Pas de mini bar dans la chambre, il a été démonté et non remonté.Demandé a changer de chambre: aucune difficulté.
