Apraksts

Location. The Boutique Hotel Ainavas is located in Riga, Latvia, in its Art-Nouveau Old Town, 500 metres from the Kolonna Spa and the Central railway station. Riga Airport is 10 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. This boutique hotel features a welcoming lounge with stone-clad walls, a fireplace, a television, and a bar with a leafy inner courtyard and complimentary newspapers and coffee. There are also meeting rooms for up to 20 people, and complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the hotel. Drivers can find secure parking nearby (surcharge).

Complimentary breakfast is served daily to guests at the Hotel Ainavas, and the Ambiance Restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. It has a 15th- century design, and offers international dishes and an extensive wine and champagne list.

Swimming, yoga, aerobics, and Pilates are offered at the Kolona Spa centre, 500 metres away.

Guestrooms. The 22 air-conditioned guestrooms features individual modern decor themed with the Latvian landscape paintings hung over the beds. They offer down duvets, antique furnishings, and natural fabrics. Amenities include minibars, complimentary newspapers, direct-dial phones with voicemail, satellite television, wireless Internet access, and writing desks. Tiled bathrooms have heated floors, and offer candles, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and hair dryers.

Expert Tip. Old Riga is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is renowned for its Art Nouveau architecture. A stroll along Central Riga streets, such as Alberta and Elizabetes Iela, is the best way to see the area.

From Riga Airport (RIX):
Distance to Boutique Hotel Ainavas is 10 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The number 22A express bus runs to Riga city centre every 10-30 minutes. Tickets cost 0.36 EUR, and are available on board. Alternatively, the number 22 bus runs to the city centre, but the journey time is longer. Taxis wait outside arrivals and cost around 15 EUR to the hotel. A transfer service can be arranged with the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Central Riga and the old town are best explored by foot. Riga's efficient public transport network includes buses, trams, and trolleybuses. Night services are provided on some routes. Separate tickets are required for the different modes of transport. Trains run from Riga central station to destinations across the country.
